Refund policy
At Candles and Crochet Dept, we take pride in the quality and care that goes into every handmade item. Because each product is crafted with attention to detail, we kindly ask that you review our return and refund policy below before making a purchase.
Returns
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, handmade candles that have been lit or used, and custom crochet clothing (made-to-order or personalized) are non-returnable.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email/contact form link] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless the item arrived damaged or defective).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
